Attorneys in this role gain meaningful hands-on experience from day one, including motion practice, depositions, hearings, and courtroom exposure, while building a broad-based litigation practice with a clear path for long-term growth.ResponsibilitiesManage and support a variety of civil litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation-related documentsConduct legal research and develop case strategyParticipate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearancesMaintain direct communication with clients and opposing counselAssist with trial preparation and trial-related activitiesHandle insurance defense and eviction-related matters while gaining exposure to broader commercial and civil litigation casesCollaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex legal disputes
