What You’ll Do:

• Welcome clients, visitors, and team members with a friendly, professional attitude.

• Handle client interactions and basic office tasks

• Maintain a professional front-office presence

• A welcoming office with training and room to grow into admin roles

What You Bring (Must-Haves):

• HS diploma/GED; 1+ years of receptionist/admin experience preferred
• Strong communication, multitasking, and basic MS Office/Google Workspace skills

Nice-to-Haves:

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Real estate office/assistant experience
