This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Land Surveyor based in Pikeville, KY. The Licensed Land Surveyor will oversee and conduct a variety of surveying tasks, including topographic surveys, land boundary analysis, and mapping projects. Responsibilities include operating surveying equipment, preparing reports, and collaborating with engineering teams to support project design and development. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Topographic Surveys, Land Surveying, and Building Surveying
• Extensive knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and industry standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to coordinate with other team members
• Proficiency in surveying software and related tools is advantageous
• Valid professional Land Surveyor license as required by Kentucky state regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
